Dr. Hollander is licensed to provide medical care for adults and children who are currently present & reside in:
Arkansas, California, or Missouri.
can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement. However, I do not file insurance claims.
Unfortunately, at this time Dr. Hollander does not see Medicaid or Medicare patients due to regulatory constraints.
If you reside outside of her states of licensure and/or have Medicare or Medicaid, please contact Dr. Hollander for potential resources.
Payment:
Payment is expected at the time of service.
Credit and debit cards (including HSA or FSA cards) are accepted. If you are using a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) payment card, please be aware that even if your payment goes through and is authorized at the time that your card is processed, there is a possibility that your payment could later be denied. In the event of this happening, you are responsible for ensuring that full payment is made by other means.

Cancellation/Missed Session Policy:
Missed sessions or patient cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur 50% of the visit fee.
