Rachel Hollander, MD, MPH
I grew up in St. Louis, Missouri & Dallas, Texas and currently live in Little Rock, Arkansas with my husband and parents. I’ve been a board-certified family physician since 2011. I practiced as an urgent care then primary care physician for about 10 years in California. Since recovering in 2022 from chronic pain and stress-related symptoms, I practice Mind-Body Medicine. I would be honored to guide you in self-healing using practices based in both modern neuroscience & ancient wisdom. For my own mind-body-spirit maintenance, I enjoy meditation, yoga, hiking, rollerblading, watercolor painting, playing the piano, and I love the buddha nature of cats.
